It‘s December. Everyone, well lots of people, will soon be on this New Year’s resolutions kick. Say what?!  So what this tells me is one of two things. First being, we only love ourselves enough to be amazing in the first 30-90 days of the year OR that we lack the discipline to follow through. How many people do you know that get a gym membership at the beginning of the year? They go a few times, but not enough to make a routine. They complain they don’t see results….and then they….you guessed it. They QUIT.

You and I. WE are not quitters. WE have a plan. WE continually adapt. WE are not afraid of change. WE invest in ourselves. WE invest in our mind. WE invest in our body. WE invest in others.

I am jumping on this New Year’s resolution bandwagon. My New Year’s resolution is to read 52 books in 2018. Remember, WE have a plan. WE are not quitters. WE adapt. I am SO excited to share this journey with you.
